At Fresh Harvest Farms, we never add stems to our dried mushrooms. You get the best part of the mushroom—the cap. Our Gray Oyster mushrooms have a mild, savory flavor with subtle notes of anise. Their taste is clean and slightly sweet, making them highly adaptable to a wide range of dishes.

When cooked, they develop a tender yet meaty texture that readily absorbs surrounding flavors, enhancing soups, sautés, stir-fries, and roasted preparations without overpowering other ingredients.
