Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges. However, we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Refunds or store credits will be processed within 14 days once the product has been received and accepted.

Return Requirement

To be eligible for a refund or store credit, you must return the product to our designated return address at your own cost.

Products must be returned in their original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Guarantee Guidelines

  • Applies to first-time purchases of a product only
  • Limit one refund per product, per customer
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s). We will make it right.
